Rewards
We greatly value your participation on product tests. As a token of our appreciation for participating in these projects, we issue points to your reward account every time you complete a project. Points can be used to purchase e-gift cards of your choice.
Receiving Points
Product Testing
Every time you complete a product test, points are added to your rewards account. You can check your balance of points at any time on the website.
PLEASE NOTE: Points will depend on many factors, such as how many products you evaluate, how many questions you’ll be expected to answer, and whether it is a multiple day test.
Refer-a-Friend Program
This program gives you an opportunity to earn more reward points. If you have a friend, co-worker, or family member that is at least 18 years old and who is interested in participating, tell them to sign up at MyProductInsights.com. On the website, there is a question about how you heard about our program. In the box provided, please have them type your name so we know you recruited them. After they sign up, you will receive 5 points.
Redeeming Points
Gift Card Rewards
We partner with another vendor, Tango Card, to redeem your accumulated points in exchange for a variety of e-gift cards. You will receive an email monthly from MyProductInsights when you have reached point increments of 25. It typically takes 1 to 2 weeks for you to receive your reward via e-mail. The e-mail will contain a link. Click on the link to go to the Tango Card website to select an e-gift card of your choice from their list of participating merchants. Points are automatically deducted each month in increments of 25, therefore you have to have a minimum balance of 25 points in your account in order to get an email with your reward link. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders, as emails can come to you with MyProductInsightsnoreply@tangocard.com.
Gift Card Information
Tango Card has many merchants to choose e-gift cards from, and contains many categories like restaurants, entertainment, and travel.
Tango Card reward codes have no expiration dates. However, after you redeem your reward for a merchant e-gift card, that merchant's rules apply. Each merchant provides its own expiration dates and policies. Make sure you check your merchant's expiration dates and policies.
